i get a 0xo000007b error when i try to open, the client cant update eighter
frist asked fot open32.dll, then that error come out

You probably downloaded wrong .dll, please delete that dll and install OpenAL using official installer :
https://www.openal.org/
or use one, which you can find in the client package - oainst.exe
or just use our client installer - it will instal that package for you
